2. Booking and Ordering Services

• Service Scope: Discover and book restaurant tables, order takeaway, and access other hospitality services.
• Availability: Bookings and orders are subject to availability and final confirmation by the participating restaurant provider.
• Pricing: Prices include applicable taxes and service charges unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Accuracy: We strive for accuracy in menu items, pricing, and availability, but do not guarantee error-free content.

3. Payments

• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select digital wallets.
• Payment Confirmation: Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm certain bookings or orders.
• Fraud & Non-Payment: MinkWhite RMS may cancel bookings/orders in cases of suspected fraud or non-payment.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Governed by restaurant-specific policies at the time of reservation/ordering.
• Refunds: Processed according to restaurant partner terms and standard business day timelines.
• Platform Rights: MinkWhite RMS reserves the right to cancel bookings/orders in specific cases at its sole discretion.

5. User-Generated Content

• Responsibility: You are responsible for any reviews, comments, or shared content you submit.
• Prohibited Content: No illegal, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content is allowed.
• License Grant: You grant MinkWhite RMS a worldwide, royalty-free license to display your submitted content.

6. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All content, designs, and systems on the MinkWhite RMS platform are protected intellectual property.
• Limited License: Personal, non-commercial use of the user interface is permitted.
• Restrictions: No copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

Users must behave lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include posting harmful content, hacking, spamming, and impersonation of other individuals or entities.

8. Termination of Access

MinkWhite RMS may suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice for violations of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

MinkWhite RMS and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
